Integration
Choosing psychedelic exploration is to embark on a path. The process takes some time, patience, humility, self-compassion and the willingness to stay present to ourselves. In return, we may better learn how to breathe, relax our bodies, cultivate attention and tolerate discomfort. Rather than a path to transcendence, psychedelics teach us how to be human.
Psychedelic Integration and Healing
The Integration of one’s psychedelic journey is the heart of the healing and self discovery process.
I offer one-hour integration sessions where we will unpack insights from the psychedelic experience and consider how any new wisdom might be integrated into your life, as well as how to re-enter gently into your daily routine.
The psychedelic integration process is organic and has its own rhythm. In the days immediately following a journey, it’s not unusual to feel vulnerable, elated, impatient, optimistic, disappointed or inspired, sometimes all within the same day. Therefore, we hold this process lightly, with a focus on self-care and honoring your inner organicity. In other words, we take it easy, giving space for things to surface through introspection, curiosity, listening and noticing.
I will refrain from interpreting your experience for you or giving advice but will instead use inquiry to facilitate your own meaning-making and choices.
The spirit in which this process is attended to can impact what is brought forward from the psilocybin healing experience and it is during this time that you may begin to envision new ways of being. I will be available as a trusted resource throughout.
